These shipping conditions apply for orders with a place of delivery in the Peninsula. For orders with delivery in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or outside of Spain, please contact to check conditions: info@undermagic.com

Shipments are generally made through the NACEX agency. You will be able to see the shipping costs reflected in your shopping cart before placing the order. For orders over €100 that do not exceed 5 kg, SHIPPING COSTS will be FREE.

Goods are usually shipped the same day if the order is completed before 2:00 p.m., or the business day after the order date if it is placed after 2:00 p.m. (in both cases the order is considered completed when payment has been received). The delivery time once the shipment is made varies from 24 to 48h. Information on the transport time comes from NACEX. These are approximate non-binding deadlines. Undermagic.com assumes no responsibility for the timely delivery of your order.
