Undermagic is a direct sales warehouse in Elche (Alicante) for professionals, so we understand that the buyer is a professional in the sector who assumes the basic knowledge of the product and its correct use and interpretation of the manuals and technical characteristics.
Due to the technical peculiarities of many of the materials used in the Art of Magic, as distributors we decline all responsibility for damages that our products may cause due to misuse of the same. This website has been designed to facilitate the selection of the products we distribute. Our catalogue is constantly renewed with new products, but if you can't find what you need, don't hesitate to contact us so that we can find you a suitable offer.

Prices and VAT
All prices on the website include VAT, you can check the breakdown of taxes in the shopping cart before placing the order.
The prices indicated on this website are always those in force at the time of its update. The company reserves the right to modify the price of the products in response to changes in the market. Always confirm prices when placing your order.
Orders
The fact of placing an order represents the unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
You can place your order whenever you need it through the following ways:

• By e-mail: info@undermagic.com (clearly specifying references and quantities, and indicating in the subject: PEDIDO_TU FULL NAME)
• By telephone: +34 662 064 168 (during business hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00h, and from 15:00 to 17:00h).
Secure payment
All our payments are certified by an encrypted virtual payment gateway. Our company will never have direct access to your bank details. You can make your payments securely through the following means:
• Bank transfer: you will receive our account number to make the deposit and we will send you the goods as soon as we have received the payment. Keep in mind that this form of payment may cause delays because banks can take up to 48 hours to notify the transfer.
• Credit card: the fastest and most convenient way. At the end of the order, you will link to our secure payment gateway to make the transaction. Payment is received immediately.
Shipments
These shipping conditions apply for orders with a place of delivery in the Peninsula. For orders with delivery in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or outside of Spain, please contact to check conditions: info@undermagic.com
Shipments are generally made through the NACEX agency . You will be able to see the shipping costs reflected in your shopping cart before placing the order. For orders over €100 that do not exceed 5 kg, SHIPPING COSTS will be FREE.
Goods are usually shipped the same day if the order is completed before 2:00 p.m., or the business day after the order date if it is placed after 2:00 p.m. (in both cases the order is considered completed when payment has been received). The delivery time once the shipment is made varies from 24 to 48h. Information on the transport time comes from NACEX. These are approximate non-binding deadlines. Undermagic.com assumes no responsibility for the timely delivery of your order.
Guarantee
All our shipments are checked several times to guarantee the products are in perfect condition and that the preparation of the package is correct.
As distributors and manufacturers of some of our products, we are responsible for the guarantee and quality of our material, so we will gladly handle any claim or incident that may arise from your order within a maximum period of 10 days after receiving the product.
Returns
The return of a product will only be accepted if the item is defective or does not meet the manufacturer's description; and always within the previously established period of 10 days from receipt of the order.
Before returning a product, please contact us so that we can handle the incident. The material must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, along with its accessories, manuals, etc.
Directions for use
All our games are delivered with the manufacturer's instructions in the original language. Although you should keep in mind that as a general rule, accessories (such as magnets, ropes, threads, scarves, etc.), do not have instructions because we assume that as a professional you know their characteristics and how to use them.
